The International Fethiye Oludeniz Air Games, one of the most exciting air sports events in the world, will once again fill the skies of Fethiye between October 20 and 24 this year. On October 20, 2021, at 11:00 am, the adventure in the sky will begin with the opening ceremony on the Babadağ 1700 runway. Babadağ, the paragliding paradise, will welcome pilots from all over the world for this special event and an adrenaline-filled week of spectacular flights.

 

Different branches, fascinating shows

A full program awaits the public every day during the Air Games. From public flights to hot air ballooning, from aerobatic shows to performances by the Turkish Stars, the sky will literally turn into a festival ground with various activities. During the event, professional athletes will show their skills in branches such as bat man, low altitude free jumps, high speed small paragliding demonstrations and motorized paragliding.

The events, which start with public flights every day at 07:00 in the morning, continue with shows that continue throughout the day. From October 20 to 24, high-speed small paragliding shows and the Turkish Aeronautical Association’s motorized paragliding, mosquito, microlight and hot air balloon shows can be seen from 12:00. For acrobatics enthusiasts, the batman and low altitude free jumps that will continue throughout the day will provide unforgettable moments in the sky.

 

Turkish Stars and Flying Frenchmen Shows

The Air Games are not limited to the performances of individual pilots. On Sunday, October 24, at 3:30 p.m., the Turkish Stars team of the Turkish Air Force, the pride of Turkey, will perform a spectacular show in the skies over Fethiye Calis Beach. The superior acrobatic skills of the Turkish Stars will provide the audience with fascinating moments. In addition, during the event, the famous Flying French Team will amaze the audience with their extreme shows starting at 15:00.
